A Good News for Tirupati people because the total area of 24,000 Acres is under Tirupati District now, after the bifurcation. Previously these 24,000 acres were located in Nellore dist. & Chittoor dist. 8,000 acres for Nellore dist. & 16,000 acres for Chittoor dist. (Tirupati). Now our A.P Government divided 13 Districts into 26 Districts so, total 24,000 acres are now under Tirupati District. The Intelligence SEZ (Special Economic Zone) of Tirupati is located in Yerpedu to Venkatagiri National Highway Road 565.
From January 2022 to June 2022 Tirupati district is seeing a major developments in these SEZ area. Within 6 months “APIIC Industrial Park, DRDO Centre & Apache Foot ware company (23 June 2022)” were developing in these SEZ area. Already “IIT, IISER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, ROCKMAN COMPANY, OSWIN WOOD COMPANY, BHEL COMPANY, NBPPL, SOMANY Companies” has been developed in these SEZ area.

The existing 4 lane road of Tirupati to Naidupeta is developing to 6 lane road, and The existing 2 lane National Highway Road 565 is developing into 4 lane road. These roads are developing for exports & imports of Materials. This is also a one major development in these SEZ area.
The Apache foot ware company which was done “BHOOMI POOJA” by our Honorable C.M “Sri Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy” Garu said that, This company will be developed by September 2023 & 80% of workers will be women. Recently “TCS” CEO was also met our C.M and discussed about plotting area for their new branch in these SEZ area. So, within 5 years the total Tirupati district will be developed highly with Industries & Companies.

Now coming to the point, In these SEZ area the “Real Estate” Sector was developed a lot within short term of period. Whoever have lands in these areas will be Highly Potential because of these developments of SEZ area the land value will be increasing daily. So, people who are interested in long term investments can invest on lands in these areas for better returns after 5 to 10 years terms of period.
